A rule to update Pennsylvania’s white-collar overtime exemptions was withdrawn from consideration Nov. 21.
The withdrawal occurred before a review by the Independent Regulatory Review Commission, which is required to approve the measure before it can take effect.
Pennsylvania’s white-collar overtime weekly salary threshold would rise to $875 from the $455 federal threshold under the final regulation (Final-Form Regulation 12-106).
