The hourly minimum wage in Petaluma, California, will rise to $17.45 from $17.06 effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to a July 28 update on the city’s minimum wage webpage.
The city plans to release updated materials, such as posters and notices, online in September, according to the update. Before Jan. 1 of each year, employers are required to provide employees a notice informing them of the minimum wage in effect for the following calendar year, under Petaluma’s minimum wage code.
