Poland Plans 2 Minimum Wage Increases in 2023

Poland’s council of ministers approved two increases to the minimum wage in 2023, the office of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said Sept. 13.

The minimum wage is to increase to 3,490 złoty (US $743.90) per month or 22.80 złoty per hour Jan. 1, 2023, the office said in a news release (Polish).

Another increase, to 3,600 złoty per month or 23.50 złoty per hour, is to take effect July 1, 2023.

For 2022, the minimum wage is 3,010 złoty per month or 19.70 złoty per hour.
