Portugal’s cabinet approved an increase in the monthly minimum wage to 760 euros in 2023 from 705 euros, the government said in a statement after the weekly cabinet meeting on Thursday.
- The government also approved an “extraordinary support” of 240 euros in December to some households to mitigate the effects of rising food prices due to the war in Ukraine
