Prince George’s County, Maryland, Raises Livable Wage Rate

Prince George’s County, Maryland, will raise its hourly livable wage rate to $17.10 from $16.60 effective July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, according to an update on the county’s Wage Determination Board website.

The livable wage applies to county contractors that employ at least 10 employees while a service contract is in effect, under the county’s code of ordinances. The wage also applies to contractors that have or will receive at least $50,000 from the county within a 12-month period.
