The 2018 versions of Puerto Rico’s Form 499R-2/W-2PR, Withholding Statement, and information returns were released Nov. 1 by the territory’s Departamento de Hacienda.
Changes to the forms are summarized in Bulletin 18-18 (Spanish), Withholding Statements and Information Returns for the Year 2018, the department said.
The department is to provide more guidance on filing 2018 Forms 499R-2/W-2PR and information returns through the Sistema Unificado de Rentas Internas (SURI) portal (Spanish), Puerto Rico’s new online tax portal, the bulletin said.
