The terminal charge portion of the Standard Industry Fare Level formula fell to $42.46 for the second half of 2019, compared with $43.53 for the first half of 2019, the Transportation Department said Aug. 12.
For the six-month period starting July 1, the rate for the first 500 miles of travel is 23.22 cents a mile, down from 23.81 cents a mile.
