The hourly minimum wage in San Jose, California, will increase to $18.40 from $17.95 effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to an update on the city’s website.
The city released a new minimum wage poster for 2026 on its website. The poster, also known as a bulletin, is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Hindi.
