Santa Clara, California, updated its minimum wage documents for 2025 and published them on the city’s website.
Updated documents include a minimum wage notice, a flyer regarding workers’ rights, and an overview of the minimum wage ordinance. Employers must post the notice where employees can easily read it.
The documents are available on the website in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
Santa Clara previously announced that the minimum wage would rise to $18.20 from $17.75 effective Jan. 1, 2025.
