The hourly living wage in Santa Fe, New Mexico, will rise to $17.50 for private-sector employees effective Jan. 1, 2027, under an ordinance signed on Nov. 21.
The living wage, which is also known as a minimum wage, will rise to $17.50 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2026, for city employees, under Ordinance 2025-21.
The current living wage rate is $15 per hour.
