The hourly minimum wage in Santa Monica, California, will rise to $18.47 from $17.81 effective July 1, according to an update on the city’s website.

Santa Monica released an updated legal notice on its website. The notice, which must be posted where employees can easily read it, is available in English and Spanish. The legal notices also contain information about the city’s hotel worker living wage, paid sick leave, and service charge laws.
