Slovakia’s labor code was amended to restore percentages of the minimum wage as the premiums for work on weekends or at night under a law published Jan. 4.
Law No. 1/2023 (Slovak) takes effect June 1 and restores percentage values instead of the flat euro values that were used in 2021 and 2022.
