The hourly minimum wage in Sonoma, California, for 2025 will be $18.02 for large employers and $16.96 for small employers, according to an update on the city’s website.
Large employers are those with 26 or more employees, and small employers are those with 25 or fewer employees, according to the website.
The city updated its minimum wage poster to reflect the increase. The poster is available in English and Spanish.
