T-Mobile Fixed One of Several Labor Law Violations, NLRB Rules

T-Mobile USA Inc. committed a slew of unfair labor practices while opposing a union drive at a Kansas location, but the telecommunications company fixed one instance of otherwise unlawful anti-union conduct, the NLRB ruled.

Less than an hour after a T-Mobile security guard told a worker that she couldn’t distribute union flyers outside of the company’s facility, a human resources chief emailed the worker to say the guard was mistaken and she could hand out flyers in nonwork areas during nonwork time, the National Labor Relations Board said in its Thursday decision.
