Trump Agenda Being Blocked by Judges Despite Supreme Court (1)

Federal judges have continued to order sweeping halts to President Donald Trump’s policies in the immediate aftermath of a US Supreme Court decision that limited their use of such powers.

On Thursday, a federal judge in New Hampshire entered a new order blocking Trump’s restrictions to birthright citizenship — the issue that prompted the Supreme Court’s June 27 ruling to curb use of so-called universal injunctions. The judge greenlit the case as a nationwide class action.
