The hourly minimum wage in Tukwila, Washington, will be $21.10 for large employers and $20.10 for mid-size employers effective Jan. 1, 2025, according to an update on the city’s website.
Large employers include employers with over 500 employees worldwide, including franchisees of franchises with over 500 employees, according to the website. Mid-size employers are employers with 15 to 500 employees worldwide or have over $2 million in annual gross revenue in Tukwila.
Employers that are not large or mid-size employers are not covered by Tukwila’s minimum wage law, according to the website.
