Ukraine Revises Rules for Paying Unified Social Contribution

Ukraine is to permit employers to pay the unified social contribution (USC) and remit personal income taxes withheld from employment income using a combined account, the country said in Law No. 190-IX (Ukrainian), which was officially published Oct. 30 and takes effect Jan. 1, 2021.

The unified accounts must be opened electronically, the law said.
