Foreign per diem rates for more than 60 locations, including Jerusalem, Madrid, and Sydney, were updated by the US State Department and take effect Feb. 1.
Updates apply to cities and other locations in Australia, Belarus, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Indonesia, Israel, Kiribati, Poland, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Spain, and Ukraine, according to the department’s updated list.
Updates also apply to France’s overseas collectivity of Wallis and Futuna, the department said. It is the first update for the jurisdiction since Oct. 1, 1993, according to previous versions of the list.
