Washington published its 2024 unemployment insurance tax rates on the Employment Security Department website on Jan. 8.
Tax rates for nondelinquent experienced employers range from 0.27% to 6.02%, according to the tax rate table. The rates include an administrative fund tax of 0.02% or 0.03% and a graduated social cost rate ranging from 0.24% to 0.72%.
Tax rates for delinquent employers range from 1.25% to 8.15%, according to the table. Rates for delinquent employers include a 0.72% social cost rate and a 0.03% administrative fund tax.
