Washington published its 2025 unemployment insurance tax rates on the Employment Security Department website.
Tax rates for nondelinquent experienced employers range from 0.27% to 6.02%, according to the tax rate table. However, rates for nondelinquent employers making deferred payments range from 0.75% to 6.15%.
The rates for delinquent experienced employers range from 1.25% to 8.15%, according to the table. Rates for delinquent employers are increased by 0.5, one, 1.5, or two percentage points compared to nondelinquent employers.
