Yukon’s hourly minimum wages will increase on April 1, the Canadian territory’s government said Feb. 23.
The territory’s hourly minimum wage is to increase to C$16.77, from C$15.70 on April 1, its government said in a news release.
Its fair wage schedule for government contractors in construction was also updated effective April 1. Hourly minimum wages under the schedule range from C$28.07 to C$38.90, up from C$26.28 to C$36.42.
