Melissa Muskat has joined Aird & Berlis as a partner and member of the municipal and land use planning group, the firm announced Tuesday.
Muskat focuses on property assessment matters, municipal taxation issues, and realty tax-related commercial leasing matters, according to Aird & Berlis.
She advises commercial landlords, tenants, developers, property managers, and financial institutions, Aird & Berlis said.
