Michael A. Goldberg has joined Aird & Berlis as a partner and member of the tax and estates and trusts groups, the firm said Tuesday.
Goldberg advises private companies and individuals with domestic and international tax planning, according to Aird & Berlis.
He also works on wealth management such as trusts, estate planning and administration, preparation of wills, and business succession, Aird & Berlis said.
