Manjit Singh has joined Aird & Berlis as a partner and member of the law firm’s tax and estates and trusts groups in Toronto, according to the firm Tuesday.
Singh focuses on tax aspects of reorganizations and restructurings, mergers, and privatization, said the firm.
She has previous experience in providing tax advice on Canadian and cross-border tax matters, Aird & Berlis said.
