Diane Clarkson has joined Akerman as a transactional tax partner, the firm said Wednesday.
Clarkson represents private equity sponsors, operating companies, closely held corporations, and business owners in federal and state tax matters, with a focus on tax structuring, according to Akerman.
She joins from Harter Secrest & Emery.
