Akin Promotes Bollheimer, Wexler to Tax Partners in New York

Stephanie Bollheimer and Eric Wexler have been elected tax partners at Akin in New York, the firm said Wednesday.

Bollheimer advises on executive compensation and employee benefits matters and supports the financial restructuring practice on complex compensation matters, according to Akin.

Wexler provides advice on tax-sensitive corporate transactions, and he focuses on the tax and corporate elements of joint ventures, M&A and private equity transactions, reorganizations, and complex partnership structures, Akin said.
