Scott Moresco in Nashville has been named managing director within the tax practice of Alvarez & Marsal, the firm said Thursday.
Moresco focuses on large-scale, complex corporate mergers and acquisitions and restructurings, according to Alvarez & Marsal. He helps clients with operating model disruptions, stagnant growth, and downturns, as well as tax considerations associated with the bankruptcy process.
He practiced as a partner with KPMG’s mergers and acquisitions tax practice in Chicago.
