Vishal Sharma has been appointed managing director of A&M Tax, an affiliate of Alvarez & Marsal, in the UAE, the firm said Wednesday.
Sharma advises clients on inbound, outbound, and cross border tax advisory concerns and has experience with mergers and acquisitions tax due diligence, corporate restructuring, financial modeling, and transaction document review expertise, according to A&M Tax.
His clients include regional and global sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, state-owned entities, large global multinational corporations, and family wealth offices, A&M Tax said.
He served as a M&A tax partner with Deloitte’s Middle East international tax services group in Dubai.
