Archer & Greiner Adds Fleming, Petenko to Philadelphia Office

Noel A. Fleming and Kayci D. Petenko have joined Archer & Greiner as partners with the Philadelphia office, the firm said Friday.

Fleming has experience with the nonprofit industry, providing legal services in the areas of corporate law and governance, charitable trusts and fundraising, and fiduciary duties as well as federal, state, and local tax matters, according to Archer & Greiner.

Petenko advises nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations and represents clients in corporate, financial, and litigation matters, Archer & Greiner said.
