Charles Goldberg Jr. has joined Baker Donelson as of counsel in the tax group in Nashville, Tenn., the firm said Thursday.
Goldberg represents clients in state and federal taxation, business transactions, tax controversy, business law, business succession planning, and estate planning, according to Baker Donelson.
He advocates for clients in tax controversies with the IRS, the Mississippi Department of Revenue, and other state and local taxing authorities, said the firm.
