Jennifer Exum has joined Baker Donelson as of counsel and a member of the tax group in the Chattanooga, Tenn., office, the firm announced Thursday.
Exum focuses on probate, estate and tax planning, and conservatorships, according to Baker Donelson.
She also serves as a court-appointed receiver for the Hamilton County Chancery Court, the firm said.
Exum is also president of the estate planning council of Chattanooga as well as a member of the executive council and the legislative subcommittee for the Tennessee Bar Association’s estate planning and probate section, Baker Donelson said.
