Baker Donelson Names Memphis Shareholder Jackson Tax Group Chair

Mary Ann Jackson, a shareholder in the Memphis office, has been named chair of Baker Donelson’s tax group, the firm said Friday.

Jackson, who has experience in forming and structuring business organizations, provides advice on private securities offerings, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, and venture capital fund formation, according to Baker Donelson.

She previously served as chair of the firm’s corporate group.
