Baker Donelson Takes on Andrew Wootton as Houston Of Counsel

Andrew Wootton has joined Baker Donelson as of counsel and a member of its tax group and will work virtually in the Houston office, the firm said Monday.

Wootton’s practice includes transactional tax matters with an emphasis on the private equity, consumer packaged goods, real estate, and technology sectors, according to Baker Donelson.

He provides counsel to clients on tax issues related to the formation and operation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in addition to the development of tax-efficient acquisition, disposition, and financing structures, the firm said.
