Baker McKenzie Adds Mariani as Tax Dispute Counsel in Hong Kong

Stefano Mariani has been appointed to tax disputes counsel at Baker McKenzie in Hong Kong, the firm said Wednesday.

Mariani works on Hong Kong and international tax law, particularly dispute resolution, cross-border tax planning, Double Taxation Treaty driven tax structuring, and trust dispute resolution, according to Baker McKenzie.

He represents clients in tax appeals before the Inland Revenue Board of Review, the District Court, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal in Hong Kong, Baker McKenzie said.
