James Wilson has been named chair of Baker McKenzie’s global tax group from Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Wilson, who will succeed Antonio Russo on July 1, currently serves as chair of the firm’s global tax planning, transactions, and tax policy sub-practice group, according to Baker McKenzie.
He works on transactions and disputes, Baker McKenzie said.
