Clary advises multinational enterprises on their global tax profiles, which includes tax aspects of cross-border acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures, according to Baker McKenzie.

He also provides advice on international transfer pricing and controversy matters that involve global operations, investments, and transactions, Baker McKenzie said.
