Baker McKenzie Brings Victoria Lanyon to Sydney Office

Victoria Lanyon has joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in the tax practice in Sydney. the firm announced Tuesday.

Lanyon provides advice on all aspects of Australian taxation law to large multinational corporations. She offers experience in corporate acquisitions and divestments by global private equity and corporate clients and advises mining and energy companies on federal and state tax and royalty matters, the firm said.

Lanyon joins from King & Wood Mallesons.
