David Goldman and Matthew Schonholz have joined Baker McKenzie as partners with the transactional tax practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.
Goldman provides advice on transactional and planning matters in the partnership tax, corporate tax, equity compensation, and other tax areas, according to Baker McKenzie.
Schonholz works on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt investments, public securities offerings, joint ventures, complex compensation arrangements, and investment fund formation, Baker McKenzie said.
They join from Munger, Tolles & Olson.
