Kent Strader has joined Baker McKenzie as counsel in San Francisco, the firm said Wednesday.
Strader, a state and local tax lawyer, has experience with multistate tax controversies, tax planning, and pursuing refund opportunities, according to Baker McKenzie.
He has a background in resolving California income/franchise tax matters in addition to technical tax rules, said the firm.
