Baker McKenzie Hires Deloitte Transfer Pricing Partner in London

Sebastian Ma’ilei will join Baker McKenzie as a partner in its tax practice in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Ma’ilei’s practice focuses on transfer pricing work on international tax planning projects and tax disputes. He has a particular focus on the financial services industry and deep experience in large scale insurance and asset management businesses, as well as clients in the renewable and technology sectors, the firm said.

He joins from Deloitte and will start on Dec. 1.
