BakerHostetler Adds Yonadi as Partner to Tax, Benefits Teams

Joseph P. Yonadi Jr. rejoined BakerHostetler as a partner in its tax practice group and employee benefits and executive compensation team in Cleveland, the firm announced Monday.

Yonadi advises on the design, implementation, administration, fiduciary issues, communication, and termination of qualified and nonqualified employee benefit and executive compensation plans.

He also counsels trustees, lenders and selling shareholders in transactions involving the formation of employee stock ownership plans and the related compliance and fiduciary and governance issues, the firm said.
