Matthew Wochok has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in the tax practice group in the Washington office, the firm said Monday.
Wochok represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, fund formation, and other complex business and financing transactions, according to Baker Hostetler.
He also has experience advising clients on capital markets offerings, real estate transactions, and financial products, said the firm.
