Michael J. Burwick has joined Becker & Poliakoff as a shareholder in the corporate practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Burwick focuses on tax deferral, mitigation, and minimization, according to Becker.
He has worked with businesses, high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts on tax strategies for the timing and payment of capital gains and income taxes, Becker said.
