Julia Qian Wang has joined Bennett Jones as a partner in Montreal, the firm said Monday.

Wang focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, investment funds, tax planning, and tax litigation, according to Bennett Jones.

She also provides advice on the establishment of fund structures, including private equity and venture capital funds, and connected investments, Bennett Jones said.
