Alex Denault has joined Berger Singerman as a partner on the business, finance, and tax team in the Miami office, the firm said Wednesday.
Denault advises businesses, entrepreneurs, and funds on federal tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships, according to Berger Singerman.
He previously served as managing director in mergers and acquisitions tax at KPMG US, the firm said.
