Jason C. Ray has joined Blank Rome as a partner in the tax, benefits, and private client group in the Dallas office, the firm said Wednesday.
Ray, who joins from Morgan Lewis, advises employers on the design, implementation, and regulatory compliance of tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, according to Blank Rome.
He guides clients in ESOP transactions, including seller-financed and leveraged and nonleveraged buyouts as part of ownership succession transactions, said the firm.
