J. Dean Hinderliter has joined Bracewell LLP as a tax partner in the Dallas office, the firm said Monday.
Hinderliter advises clients on the tax aspects of private equity funds and their investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings, tax-free reorganizations, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and S corporations, said Bracewell.
He joins from Winston & Strawn, where he served as a tax partner.
