Bucky Brannen has joined Bracewell as a partner in the tax practice in Dallas, the firm said Monday.
Brannen, who joins from Baker Botts, advises clients on how to reduce both state and local taxes, said Bracewell.
He helps negotiate pre-investment economic incentives in addition to facilitating growth through tax-efficient restructurings, acquisitions, and dispositions, said the firm.
