Kevin Brown has joined Brown Rudnick as a partner in the tax group in the New York office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Brown advises clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate restructurings, according to Brown Rudnick.
He counsels clients on equity-based and other incentive compensation plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and executive employment, severance, and change in control agreements, said the firm.
