Bryan Cave Adds Partner David Holmberg to New York Tax Practice

David Holmberg has joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as a partner with the global tax practice in New York, the firm said Monday.

Holmberg, who joins from Akin Gump, focuses on private equity real estate, direct lending, and distressed strategies, according to BCLP.

He provides advice on the tax aspects of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, debt workouts, and restructurings, BCLP said. He also has experience with public and private REITs and cross-border engagements.
